Terrebonne Metro Distribution Center, 2023

Announced in 2020 and inaugurated in November 2023, the new Metro warehouse in Terrebonne spans a total area of 600,000 square feet. It represents a $420 million investment for the distribution company, consolidating the distribution centers of Montréal-Nord and Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles at a single location.

The administrative offices will accommodate over 500 employees, while the distribution center will house 250 people.

For this major project, The Avenue 100 RL smooth finish pavers, available in sizes 150 x 300 mm and 300 x 300 mm, in Bolduc's ivory and smoked gray colors, have been installed.
