LE NORDELEC, MONTREAL

Le Nordelec, Montreal

Strategically situated in Point-Saint-Charles alongside the Lachine Canal, Le Nordelec offers an exceptional activity and living center.

This project took place at the heritage site that was once the Northern Electric plant, built over the years between 1913 and 1948, and one of the largest brick buildings in North America. The project aims to consolidate the building’s current activities while adding new living and business units.

New owners can take advantage of Le Nordelec’s common indoor and rooftop areas and also benefit from exceptional refitted building amenities such as an urban lounge, a bar, a movie theatre, a reception hall, a games room as well as a rooftop barbecue area and swimming pool.

The rooftop terrace is covered with 14,450 sq. ft. of Bolduc Prestige 60 paver.

Products used: Prestige 60 slab - 600 x 600 grenart finish

Landscaping architecture:  Lemay / CHA (Services Intégrés Lemay et Associés Inc)
