The redevelopment of this street is part of a project to repair underground infrastructure. The City of Quebec aims to take advantage of this opportunity to improve greening, pedestrian facilities, and reduce car traffic on this street.
Redevelopment work was carried out on three streets in the Saint-Sauveur district in the summer of 2024.
The City of Quebec wanted to redevelop part of Boisseau and Saint-Benoît Streets to enhance the street’s friendliness and ensure better comfort and a greater sense of safety for various types of users.
The targeted sections are as follows:
• Boisseau Street, between Saint-Germain and De Mazenod Streets
• Saint-Benoît Street, between Renaud and Saint-Luc Streets
The Avenue 100 SL – 150 x 300 pavers used are light beige color with a Bolduc grenart finish.
